 FAQs

  • Not exactly — only Tier A and above include an actual concert ticket.
    Tier B is a support-only option without a ticket, but it still helps bring the show to life!

  • If the project falls short, we’ll notify all supporters via email.
    Depending on the final result, you may receive a partial refund or a digital thank-you gift — either way, your support will be honored.

  • Perks will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after the project ends.
    Digital rewards will be sent via email, and any physical perks will be shipped if shipping info is provided (and eligible by region).

  • At the moment, tier upgrades aren’t available directly.
    But feel free to make an additional donation at a higher tier — we’ll recognize your highest tier when sending perks!
